A long night, v0.4

Guys, I’ve got to say—it took me all day to figure out how to revamp the entire layout of the campaign frame… but it's finally done! No new content just yet, but now that the final layout is (hopefully) locked in, I’m ready to move forward. It’s past midnight, so I’m crashing for the night!
